Earlier this week we hosted a Year 9 Careers Day with multiple educational providers and local businesses.
Pupils took part in 'speed dating' style sessions which gave them an awareness of technical, vocational and apprenticeships available to them in the future.
What the pupils said:
Oscar: I found the event extremely helpful in planning my next steps. Speaking to different people really opened my eyes on what I could do in the future.
Phoebe: I found it really interesting speaking to the post 16 providers. I learned a lot about the technical and vocational qualifications available to me when I leave Longfield.
