As Headteacher, l am extremely proud to be serving the community of Longfield and the surrounding area. I have led four other schools, steering one to outstanding which led to me becoming a National Leader of Education, one from requires improvement to good, and another that became the highest achieving school in the county.
Since my arrival in April 2022, I have implemented many changes to support Longfield Academy on its journey to becoming a place of outstanding educational provision.

Wow... what a fantastic Open Event!
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last night. It was wonderful to welcome so many families and share what makes Longfield such a special place to learn, grow and achieve.
We loved seeing prospective pupils exploring the school, chatting with our inspirational staff and pupils, and discovering the exciting opportunities available both in and beyond the classroom.
At the heart of everything we do are our PROUD values. We encourage every pupil to be Passionate, Respectful, Organised, United and Determined, creating a school where pupils are happy, feel they belong, and are supported to achieve their very best, not just academically, but personally too.
